ABOUT THE "ZIROCHKA" HOUSING COMPLEX
The Zirochka housing complex for internally displaced persons was created by the KO-HATY charitable foundation with the support of the general partner Habitat for Humanity, as well as international partners, philanthropists, foreign and Ukrainian businesses, and the Kalusa City Council.
The “Zirochka” complex is a non-governmental institution for long-term residence of internally displaced persons, established on the site of a former kindergarten at 9 B. Khmelnytskyi St. in Kalush .
The building has 48 new, fully equipped and furnished apartments of various sizes, with modern renovation. Currently, 75% of the Complex is occupied. The building is energy efficient and insulated, there are common spaces - for events, recreation, a children's room.
If you are registered as an internally displaced person in the Kaluska Urban Territorial Community, you can apply for accommodation in the complex. The application period runs from June 8 to June 28 inclusive.

TYPES OF PREMISES
1. DORMITORY-TYPE ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM AND KITCHEN
Area: from 9.4 m² (for one person) to 15 m² (for two people)
Occupancy: up to 2 people
Bathroom: 2 shared bathrooms per block
Kitchen: shared on the floor
Service fee: approximately 1,900 UAH per month
Utility payments: based on individual meter readings
2. STUDIO WITH OWN KITCHEN AREA AND BATHROOM
Area: from 17.9 m² to 23.3 m²
Occupancy: up to 2 people
Bathroom: private
Kitchen: small private kitchen
Service fee: approximately 2,200–2,900 UAH per month
Utility payments: based on individual meter readings
A room for up to two people with a compact and convenient kitchenette equipped with everything necessary: an electric cooktop, sink, storage shelves, and refrigerator. The room also includes a small private bathroom with a shower.
Furnishings include a sofa bed (or, depending on the studio size, a double or bunk bed), a wardrobe, a dining table, and chairs.
3. APARTMENTS WITH KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM AND SEPARATE BEDROOM
Area: from 29.5 m² to 36.9 m²
Occupancy: up to 4 people
Bathroom: private
Kitchen: private
Service fee: approximately 3,700–4,600 UAH per month
Utility payments: based on individual meter readings
A room with a separate bedroom, private bathroom (with shower), and private kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, sink, storage shelves, dining table with chairs, and a refrigerator.
The separate bedroom includes either one double bed or two single beds (separate or bunk), while the kitchen-living area features a sofa bed and additional storage space.
4. APARTMENTS WITH KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM, TWO SEPARATE BEDROOMS

An apartment with two separate bedrooms and a kitchen-living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, sink, storage shelves, dining table with chairs, and a refrigerator. The private bathroom includes a shower.
The first bedroom features either a single or double bed, the second bedroom has separate single beds, and the kitchen-living area includes a sofa bed and additional storage space. This unit can accommodate up to six family members.
5. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS STUDIO

It is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, dining table, and chairs. All dimensions are adapted to meet the needs of a wheelchair user.
6. APARTMENTS FOR PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS
WITH KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM AND SEPARATE BEDROOM

This room is located on the ground floor and is suitable for wheelchair users. It features a separate bedroom, private bathroom (with shower), and private kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, sink, storage shelves, dining table with chairs, and a refrigerator.
The separate bedroom includes a double bed, while the kitchen-living area has a sofa bed and additional storage space. All dimensions are adapted to meet the needs of a wheelchair user.
