Dormitory of Ivano-Frankivsk Sports Lyceum (Mykytynytsi village)

The dormitory building of the sports lyceum is located in the village of Mykytyntsi, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The facility is on the balance sheet of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council, owned by the state.

The government funded the overhaul of this facility. Our CO-HATY team started to arrange common areas, kitchens in the room blocks, and healthcare spaces.

We created two spacious common areas with amphitheater-style benches, shelves, and curtains that can be used as work and relaxation zones, separated from the corridors. We've bought all the essential furniture and equipment for the healthcare spaces, including a wardrobe with a safe, blood pressure monitors, scales, thermometers, and germicidal lamps.

The kitchenettes in each block are equipped with a furniture set — we thoughtfully created a design for implementation. We also bought stools and appliances: 38 microwaves and 38 mini-fridges. Additionally, we installed electricity for the kitchens.

The building has 76 living rooms, 38 bathrooms, two medical offices, three shared kitchens, 38 kitchenettes, and three common spaces. Another organization is going to design the third common space. There is a laundry room and a children's room. The building has a large courtyard, a stadium, and a parking lot. There are inclusive bathrooms on the ground floor.
